Because every voice matters, we want to hear from you! There are many ways to share your thoughts and stay informed about what’s going on in the Chehalis School District and in our Wildcat community.

Show Up:

Chehalis School Board meetings are open to the public and comments are welcome. Visit the Board of Directors page for meeting schedule and public comment guidelines.

Speak Up:

Do you have a comment, question or concern you’d like to share with us? We want to hear it. If you would like to speak to a specific staff member or district or building administrator, we recommend you call or email to arrange a time to meet. We cannot guarantee administrator availability to those who visit unannounced.

How We Communicate With You

ParentSquare

Beginning with the 2024-2025 school year, the Chehalis School District will be using ParentSquare as its primary communication tool. This tool will replace our use of the Remind communication app. This exciting platform not only gives us the same ability for one- and two-way communication as Remind offered and also upgraded experiences such as:

  • Two-way translation for messaging
  • Ability to post or send videos or photos
  • Parents can receive messages via text, email or robocall, either as they are sent or all at once at a time that is convenient for you (except for emergency and time-sensitive messages)
  • Ability to create newsletters, sign-ups and surveys
