Chehalis Middle School Supplies & Fees

Having the right school supplies allows your student to arrive at school each day ready to learn. If your family has difficulty providing your student with the required school supplies for their grade, please contact the Cornerstone Program and they can assist you. School Supplies
Each student at CMS should come prepared to start the year with the following basic items:

Backpack
3-ring binder
spiral notebook x2
2 composition books
paper (wide or college ruled)
1 pair of scissors
calculator
#2 pencils
colored pencils
12-inch ruler
box of Kleenex (to 1st period teacher)
personal water bottle
personal headphones

Note: other materials may be needed for specific classes.

Chehalis Middle School Fees
All fees may be paid at the ASB office at the school. Some fees may be paid online.

Under HB 1660, students who qualify for free or reduced lunch are eligible for assistance if they are unable to pay the fees to attend or participate in any optional noncredit extracurricular district event which is of a cultural, social, recreational, or athletic nature. ASB Card $25
ASB Card Replacement $6 (per replacement)
Sports Fee $25 per sport
Helmet Fee (football only) $20 (annually)
Knowledge Bowl $25
Yearbooks $35

Student Chromebook Fees

If your student has been issued a Chromebook for school use, please be aware that if the Chromebook is lost or damaged, you may be charged for repair or replacement if the damage is intentional or caused by carelessness. For more information, refer to Board Policy 2023.

If your student’s Chromebook is stolen, we ask that you make a police report.
