Reset for Success: Show Up on SchooLinks

Posted Date: 01/08/26 (05:00 PM)

As we welcome students back to our classrooms this week, we want to share one simple task you can do today that will help you stay informed and help your student start the second half of our school year strong.

Today’s Task: Show Up On SchooLinks

If you have a student in grades 7-12, SchooLinks is a new tool you will be using to stay involved and informed on your student's progress toward graduation.

SchooLinks is the universal platform that all students in Washington will now use to complete their High School and Beyond Plan (HSBP). The HSBP is a state graduation requirement that helps students explore careers and college pathways.

Each spring—typically in April—parents are required to review and approve their student’s HSBP as part of the course selection process for the following school year. In the past, this approval was completed on a paper form sent home with students. Beginning this year, all HSBP approvals will be completed online through SchooLinks.

A missing parent approval could impact your student's opportunity to register and get the selection of classes they would like for next year.

If you have not yet signed in to your parent account on SchooLinks, please do so today. CLICK HERE to learn about SchooLinks and how to get started.

If you need assistance logging in to SchooLinks or have more questions, Kelsie Stiltner (kstiltner@chehalisschools.org) can help families of students in grades 9-12 and Autumn Ledgerwood (aledgerwood@chehalisschools.org) can help families of students in grades 7-8.
